The pool area is for the use and enjoyment of owners, dependents, guests and renters. The safety and enjoyment of the owners, dependents, and guests are of primary concern in the operation of the pool and pool facilities. Your cooperation with the rules, and considerate and safe use of the pool facilities, will foster an enjoyable environment for everyone.

Obey lifeguards at all times; a no tolerance rule will be enforced.
The lifeguards are present to monitor the pool and are not babysitters. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to maintain their child’s safety and behavior.
Vulgar language and lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
No glass containers or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area.
No running, pushing, diving, or horseplay of any kind will be allowed within the pool area. Skate boarding and bike riding in pool area is prohibited. PLEASE KEEP IT IN THE PLAYGROUND.
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
Pool will not be opened if the air temperature is less than 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
All children ages 13 and below must be accompanied by an adult WCR pool pass holder 18 or older.
No children in regular diapers will be allowed in the swimming pools. Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper. Fecal matter in pool closes the pool for up to 48 hours and re-inspection by city.
Adults only swim in the last 15 minutes of every hour. Adult swim is for 18 years of age and older.
Adult swim ONLY will be Tuesday evenings from 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm.
All guests must be accompanied by a member of the WCR Association.
Appropriate swim attire only: no cutoffs, jeans, etc….
The pool must be cleared and checked at lifeguards’ discretion.
You must have a valid pool pass to enter. NO Exceptions!!!
Lifeguards must be present at all times or the pool will be closed.
All refuse must be disposed of in appropriate trash containers. Please keep YOUR pool area clean.
Smoking will be allowed only in the designated area and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the proper containers.
The use of all music devices shall be limited to headphone use only.
No rafts, air mattresses, rings, or pool toys that can block the view of the lifeguard are allowed. Small toys and noodles are ok. (at the discretion of the lifeguard).
RULES FOR THE BABY POOL
No children over 7 years of age will be allowed in the baby pool. Special circumstances should be discussed with lifeguards. We want everyone to enjoy the pool.
Swim diapers only are required for all non-potty trained children, due to fecal contamination.
Only small toys are allowed in the baby pool.
Lifeguards are not assigned to the baby pool. The supervision and safeguarding of the users shall be the responsibility of the parent/guardians of the children using the pool. The lifeguards are there to monitor the pool and are not baby sitters.
During large pool adult only swim times, other patrons regardless of age are not to use the baby pool.
